Service Animal Policy

We are committed to providing a welcoming and accessible environment for all our guests. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we allow service animals in our hotel.

Definition of Service Animals: Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the individual's disability.

Policy Guidelines:

Access: Service animals are allowed in all areas of the hotel where guests are normally allowed to go.

Behavior: Service animals must always be under control. They should be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or the individual's disability prevents using these devices.

Responsibility: The guest is responsible for the care and supervision of their service animal. This includes cleaning up after the animal and ensuring it behaves appropriately.

Fees: No additional fees will be charged for service animals. However, guests may be charged for any damage caused by their service animal.

Inquiries: Staff may ask only two questions to determine if the animal qualifies as a service animal:

1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?

Non-Service Animals: Pets and emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are subject to the hotel's pet policy.
